Legal Question in Employment Law in New York
my employer paid me less profitshare than my coworkers since i was out 5 months during year on shortterm disablity, even though i was paid 100 % and considerd a fulltime 100% employee, during disablity private insurer paid me 60%of my 100% received from company. Is it discrimination against a disabled employee if I dont receive smae amount as equal employees?Thanks alot
