My employer has re-inroduced an employee into my work enviroment, the head of payroll paid $5540 to bail him out (with her husbands money) souly to sleep with him. This man is a known drug addict, his drug addiction has been address with my employer for MONTHS and how it has directly affected my physical and mental safety. They are aware trying to help his addiction has put me into counseling, they are aware his presence and her affair with him is a physical threat to the facility since her husband assaulted him there. He has criminal charges in 3 states, a HUGELY tarnished employee record, whereas mine is spotless, and they chose to re-introduce this drug addict/criminal souly based on the romantic interest of the head of staffing. I was wondering where i could have my letter of resignation reviewed for advise. i feel i have been forced to quit my job for mental/physical safety. I have been directly threatened by this womans husband and the criminals drug addiction.
