Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

Employer termination

I was fired 09-19-07 by my employer for asking simple company policy questions. When you are not sure about something, they encourage you to ask questions. Is there something legal I can do?

Re: Employer termination

It depends on the questions you were asking. There's a big difference between being fired for asking "Why do we have to work so hard?" as opposed to, "Aren't we required to report all toxic spills to OSHA?"

If you wish to elaborate, you can follow up with my office via email.
