Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

Employment agency

I own an employment agency and have been sending a great nurse to one of my contracted facilities. The facility wants to ''buy out'' my nurse, I have no problem with it, but now I need to send them a contract stating the terms of the buy out. Where can I find someone one to form it or a template to follow ?

Re: Employment agency

A good attorney in the state where your business is located is always a good place to start. The local or state bar association could locate one for you. The attorney would work with you and coherently structure the contract that benefits all parties involved. In a case like this, it may be hard to find a template online or at a forms store to take into consideration the unique terms of this particular contract. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you further if you are interested. My firm handles contract drafting for a variety of practice areas from real estate to employment related contracts. Email me at the address below for additional information.

Thanks for the question.
