Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

employment

the company I work for has 2 shareholders 50% each. My mother is one of the shareholders. ( they are in a legal battle over the company as we speak. The other shareholder has terminated my employment- has called the payroll and has refused to pay me. My mother has not agreed to my firing and in the shareholders agreement it states that both parties have to agree to terminate employment. I believe I was fired( though I am still working here w/ no pay as per my mothers lawyers suggestion)because he is trying to break my mother and have her lose her case, what are my legal rights?

p.s. i was also owed commission that he refuses to pay me.

I work in ny state, live in ct
