Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

I was let go yestarday. Didn't they should had giving me two week notice? Also, I had two weeks vactions coming to me, two sick days and one floating day. Can I claim that by Law?

Barring any discriminatory conduct outlawed by federal or state civil rights laws, an employer is under no obligation to give you prior notice of a staff reduction nor are they obligated to give you any other compensation other than salary for time worked.
