Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

fair wages

ive been working at the same agency for 10 yrs without a raise or cost of living increase etc... they say were on 2000 salary scale. can they legally do this?

Re: fair wages

The law governs minimum wage and maximum hours worked wihout overtime. It does not govern raises.
