Can I file a mechanics lein on a job because my boss has not paid my wages?
I work in construction as a project manager/project super. My current employer is about $11,500.00 behind in wages. Can I file a lein agianst the job to help collect? What else can I do? Thank you.

Unless you have your own contract directly with the property owner,
you are an employee of the contractor.
You don't have that type of remedy
against the people that hired the company you work for; only your employer does.
Your remedy is directly from your employer.
