Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

What is the best way to find a good lawyer that deals with area of work place harassment? No matter what I do and how well I do the work, my boss is not satisfied. I work 6 days a week to complete the work load while my boss works barely 36 hours a week, yet I have been written up multiple times.
