Fired

I was hired to be an exec asst. They changed the job while i was working changing it from Exec asst to Operational/office manager/receptionist.

I was performing all these duties similatanously and received a poor review. I've been here less than 3 months. They went ahead and hired my replacement while Im still here. My boss has humilated me in front of coworkers etc. I am asking for 3 months severance. Is this possible?

Do you have an employment contract that guarantees you 3 months severance? Does the company have a severance policy? What bases do you have to demand 3 months severance? You can ask for anything you want, but getting it is a different matter.
