Legal Question in Employment Law in New York
I was just fired from my job because i had a legaly registerd side business that was the same as the job i performed for my boss. He has also seeking legal action, stating that i stole company information and conducted business with vendors he delas with. Does he have recourse and will i need to seek legal council?

It is very likely that you will need legal counsel to answer to your employer's claim.

Definitely. You should retain counsel immediately to review your legal exposure and discuss means to reduce it if possible.
