Legal Question in Employment Law in New York
I was fired from my job because I was in a relatiknship with the CEO's secretary. Someone told him and he fired me and currently has her suspended indefinitely because she won't write a statement that we were never in a relationship. There is no fraternization rule at the company

Even in the absence of such a policy, that's a legitimate reason for termination. Remember, in New York an employer may terminate an employee for any non-discriminatory reason. That reason may be as arbitrary as not liking your choice of cologne or getting offended at your failure to laugh at his joke.
As a general rule, it's best to avoid fraternization with the boss's secretary.
