Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

I was fired from a job two years ago and they are still using my phone number to schedule hair appointments for their clients I have asked them multiple times to stop and they have not done so

I'm not sure how that would work from a technical perspective, but is there no way for you to block it or pervent it? Assuming not, I would file a claim for general harassment in the small claims court. I suspect they will reach out as soon as they receive the summons to settle the matter so they don't have to go and waste a day in court.
