I have been fired
My vacation timed was on the books in January 2007 I earned one week. I was terminated September 14. Am I entitled to my vacation pay?

Most likely, you are entitled to all accrued benefits, including vested pensions, earned but unexpired vacation, and severance pay if customary or indicated in your employee handbook.
