Firing a super
I have fired the super of my building and he refuses to move out. What can i do?

Assuming you have grounds, and he doesn't have a lease enumerating separate rights, evict him.

The proper thing to do is bring a holdover action in landlord tenant court-in the City Civil Court, out of the city, District Court.
