I just found out that my manager told another employee why I am out on disability. I feel like my privacy has been invaded. What laws have been broken and what do I do now?

This does not appear to be a matter for a lawsuit; rather, write to your supervisor and let him/her know that you insist on keeping your health and medical information confidential and in compliance with the HIPPA laws.
