Legal Question in Employment Law in New York
I am being harassed daily by coworkers. I have been made to feel stupid, incapable, and have been humiliated and belittled in front of customers and coworkers. My hair has been lit on fire and although there were managers present and they knew I was nervous to report the situation, there was no action taken and it was not reported by them. I can not afford to leave my job but I do not know what to do. I am now dealing with depression and anxiety attacks while at work. What can I do to? I can not take feeling this horrible any longer.

I am an employment law attorney and in my opinion it appears that you may be suffering from discrimination based on an immutable characteristic or a perception of an immutable characteristic. It is time for you to stop being a victim. Call an employment law attorney ASAP.
