harassment from coworker
i have worked at vna for eight years and in that time have tried every thing i know to get the adminastation to do something about the disruption in our office do to the two other coworkers in our office. we have had severial meetings to try and make things better. nothing has changed except that i now take prozac. one coworker has been here 22years the other 15years. they do not do their jobs to the fullest and they try to make it diffacult for every one else.i like my job,have good benefits and i don't think it is fair for me to have to leave. can you help or give me some advise thank you

I don't know what vna is, but assuming there's a union, I suggest discussing the matter with union rep. They might not want to get involved between two members, but it's worth a try.
The employer can be held liable for failed to stop certain types of harassment from co-workers, e.g. sexual harassment, racial slurs, etc.
It looks like, if those people have worked there for many years, the employer probably feels they are doing good work. Sounds more like an interpersonal matter, personalities, which ought be resolved through some low key conversations rather than involving lawyers.
