Is there a law that protects me from harassment of any kind from coworkers? Or employers?

Re: Harassment by Coworkers
Depends on what type of harassment. If its sexual, or based on race, religion, etc., employer may be liable.
General run-of-the mill harassment also, if employee tells employer and then the employer does nothing.
But it's always a risk in NY to cause "a problem" for the employer, since most employees in NY are "at will," which means the employer can fire them at any time for almost any reason.
Might be smart to go over all the facts with your attorney before proceeding..
