Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

harassment

Hello,

I'm currently being harassed on my job by the supervisor and director of the department. They falsify time sheets to try and get me fired for ''stealing time''. They pressure me to sign numerous evaluations that have all been altered as well. I was even forced to work outside in the cold, handling hazardous materials that I am not trained/authorized to do, without a coat/jacket. This has been going on for about a year now. I've made several complaints to the union and even requested a transfer that wasnt honored. I would like to file a complaint with EEO. Who could I contact for further information and/or assistance. I am in desperate need of help to get this issued resolved and these people held accountable for their actions.
