health issues in workplace

In New York City/State, is it required to supply air conditioning and heating

in an office. If not, are there temperatures that employees should not be working?

I could not find any rules as to maximums and minimum temps on any websites. If you have a specific complaint you may wish to speak to your employer and/or shop steward. Otherwise you can place a call to OSHA.
