Legal Question in Employment Law in New York
I was hired as a receptionist then put into a kennel attendant position. Without my being notified. I have a severe joint disorder that causes me pain on a daily basis. It is worsened by physical activity. Which a kennel attendant position requires. Due to being put into a different position I am in a lot of pain. I have brought this up to my employer and nothing has been done.
