Legal Question in Employment Law in New York
I was hired a little over a year ago and have a written job offer stating my salary. Now my company is instituting pay cuts to people (me) that are at the top of their grade level. Can my written job offer exempt me from the pay cut, where as others who have been employed longer than I, have gotten raises since they were hired so their salary is higher than when they originally started?
