hostile work environment
i work for a doctors offfice for a short time now my work environment is filled with sexual and verbal abuse as well as comments made to religious belifes my co workers and i have had it this doctor has a large turn over due to his actions and has had many complaints on him before no one seems to do anything except collect unemployment when he fires them or they are forced to quit i and my co workers enjoy our jobs and working with each other can you please advise us how we can get our point across with out puting our jobs in jepordey the job market is not that good right now and none of us can afford to lose our jobs however we can not continue to work under these conditions the stress is causing me to lose weight,sleep and have heart palpatations when ever i work with him he is a walking time bomb and can explode on us at any time in front of other people with remarkes that are demeining and un called for

It is not likely that approaching your boss and warning him is going to accomplish anything; he could just fire you. You could file a charge of dicrimination with the EEOC (if you meet the filing criteria). If he was to fire you after you file the charge you might then have a claim for retaliation.
