Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

illegal termination?

At my job, I was scheduled to work 8

hours from 6-2, and I am not yet 18. I

had to leave at 2 o'clock but the

managers told me if I left, then I would

be fired. Are they allowed to do this??

They have done this in the past
