Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

illness at work

Due to a boiler/oil problem at work, myself and others were exposed to oil fumes for a couple of weeks last year. However, even when fumes dissapated, I still felt sick when in building. After being moved to another building this year, similar accident occured involving heating oil and I am feeling ill again. Every one else had slight reaction which is now gone and I am still ill. Can you tell me what my rights are?
