Legal Question in Employment Law in New York
In my job we frequently work 10-12 hour days. Which we are paid OT for however sometimes they make us leave early on the last day of the work week so that we don't get OT is that legal? I live in NY.

That doesn't sound legal. If you're working 10-12 hours per day, by the fourth day (after 40 hours), every hour should be paid at time and a half. If you would like to discuss this further and talk about your options, you can contact me at [email protected]. I look forward to speaking with you.
