Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

my job

i have never got wrote up or anything and i was supozed to open the resturaunt i worked at at 10am and called at 6am and left a message that i couldn't move my neck and back hurt do to my fibromyalga and no one ever called me i called the next day to get the schd and they took my name off of it and never called me i emailed them to see why and they never got back to me? i would like to know if this was right? i put up with a lot of name calling and them not working arnd. my hurs and worked all the times they asked and then they didn't even call or wright back

You need to see an employment officer. Additionally you need to get on unemployment. As for the name calling, depending on the words there may be a civil rights/hostile work enviroment claim there.

See a lawyer or call the state labor department for further information.
