I am still in the Business Planning stages but was wondering...

1. If my business home base and DBA etc., will be in Texas and I have Sales people in both Texas and New York, are the NY employees bound by any and all Texas Employment Laws and taxes?

2. How does Holiday and Vacation pay work for Commissioned Sales People?

3. Being this will be an annual renewal Sales business for Advertising space; Does a Salesman expect full commission on subsequent yrs sold?

4. In a sample employee handbook I viewed on line for Commissioned Sales people, it stated sick pay is available at 75% average week AFTER 5 years of service, your opinion or suggestion?
