I was wondering what the laws are regarding cable Installation employees are. I have work many 70 hr. work weeks without any overtime pay my employer pays me by work performed not by the hour they do not give me a choice its work these hrs or face being written up and possibly terminated. Also they take money out of my pay for any issues found in my work ''back-charges'' i was told only contrators can be charged to this is this false. thanks for you time.

What you describe is illegal under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Employers must pay overtime over approximately 40 hours a week. Even if you are paid by work performed, rather then by the hour, they cannot use this as an excuse to make illegal deductions and not pay overtime.
If you want to try to resolve this report them to the Department of Labor.
