Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

'm in a union and one of the Union delegates who hates me and is trying to get me fired is going around my job showing everyone porn of me and trying to get them to sign false statement that I am advertising my porn at work. She is purposely spreading it and spreading to everyone that I am the one going around showing people. She has been a delegate for 20 years and she is a huge BULLY. I don't know if they will take what she saying as the truth, What do I do?

file a complaint for sexual harassment/hostile working environment with your HR Department. If no success, then consider filing with the EEOC or NYS Div. of Human Rights. See an attorney.
