Legal Question in Employment Law in New York
my manager is very verbily abusive towards me and no other employees. for example i am a disabled vet and suffer from migraines due to percussion and explosions. i called in sick becouse of this (only 3rd time calling in sick in a year) and before i could explain i was sworen at and cussed out and then hung up on. a few mins later i reseved a text message that was threating my job. this is only one example i dont know if it is legal for a manager to do this but ithink its right. is there anything legal i can do about this?
