Mold Exposure in the Workplace

My office is located in the basement of a 100-year-old house that has not been renovated since the mid 1960s. Everyone who works there has been suffering severe physical symptoms related to mold exposure. Multiple requests to the company to do something went unheeded, so last year, OSHA was called, came in and determined that there was excessive mold growth. They gave the company a list of steps to take; the company wrote them back that the steps had been taken--but they were not. One year later, with my symptoms so severe that I could not breathe or open my eyes while in the office, I walked out and informed them that I would continue to perform my job from home (I am technically equipped to receive all phone and e-mail communications there) until they could provide me with a safe and healthy workplace. I have written documentation from a mold inspection company that there is excessive growth of penicillium in my work area. There is also a record, somewhere, of the OSHA visit. I believe they are now going to terminate my employment as a result of this. I know they have the right to do anything they want, but do I have grounds to sue them if they try to fire me?
