NYS Labor Law
Working at a computer all day, are we entitled to a 10 minute break for every 2-3 hours worked at a computer throughout an 8 hour day.

No, you are not entitled to any breaks (paid or unpaid) during the day, except for 30 minutes of lunch if you work more than 6 hours under NY labor law:
