Legal Question in Employment Law in New York
Are there any NYS laws that govern Open Ended employement contracts? Corp-2-corp. Contract has no end date but it has a start date.

Generally speaking, employment contracts can be terminated by either party on reasonable notice (e.g. 30 days . . . . 10 days).
