Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

Open Enrollment Error - What are my rights?

The benefits currently listed for me by my employer are not the ones I selected during the open enrollment period. For example, I chose to have $400/month put into my FSA, and it still lists last year's amount ($150). I did not print out the confirmation screen when I enrolled. Do I have any legal recourse to correct the benefits to what I originally chose? Is there an arbitration body in NY I could appeal to?

Consult the human resourses department about the problem first, since it sounds simple enough to correct. If they are unwilling to help, you would need to look at the language of the plan

with regard to disputes and arbitration.
