overtime pay?
i work 10 hrs a day 5 days a week but i never see overtime . they said they dont have to cause im salaried? i work in thw automotive busines (service advisor ) pay plus commission does this matter? now going on 2 + yrs like this.

Under the FLSA, blue collar workers are entitled to receive time and a half for any hours worked more than 40 hours a week. Managment and various others are exempt from this.
