patient cancellation policy

i work for a therapist. when patients cancel their appointments without giving

72 hours notice she charges them for the visit.

the problem is that she keeps my portion of the fee and doesn't pay me. is

that legal?

On the surface, there is something unfair about that and a review of your working arrangement and compensation with the therapist is necessary to determine what you can do.
