payed time off
If I have employer approved scheduled vacation time and I take a partial week, does my employer need to pay me overtime for hours I worked over my scheduled 8 hours per day for the remaining days?

There is no law requiring it but it could be subject to company policy, a collective bargaining agreement or an employment contract.
