Can your place of employment fire you if you have a problem with a manager and you email the complaint to the home office of that employment. Thank you for your time, Mike

Yes, as you obviously discovered. If you have a contract, you may get your job back. If not, your employer may end your employment at the end of the week for any reason or none at all. .
