Pregnancy Discrimination
If a pregant woman was not hired because she was pregnant and was denied the job even though she is capable with her skills. What should the pregnant woman do and what steps should she take if she feels that its discrimnation?

If she believes she had been discriminated against, she should consult with an experienced employment law attorney who can review the complete facts and make a recommendation of whether to take further action or not.
