Legal Question in Employment Law in New York
I am presently employed with the federal government as a seasonal employee (40 hours/week). I am eligible for unemployment insurance during the off-season. I plan to get a part time job (approximately 16/hours week) while working the 40 hour job. Will working the part time job affect the amount of unemployment insurance that I will receive (or whether or not I receive it at all) ?
