Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

I have proof employer lied to unemployment

I was laid off by my employer (sister) and she lied to unemployment and told them I was a no call no show and that I quit my job without good cause. The day after she called me at my house and told to stay home until she called me back she emailed me and told me to stay home and be patient until she called me back to work. She actually laid me off because she said she couldn't afford me at this time. My email from her doesn't say that but it does say to stay home until she calls me back and that she mailed me my check. I have a telephone hearing with a judge this Friday, January 12th. Should I fax this email from my sister to unemployment before my hearing or wait until the judge calls my house and tell the judge I have this email? I need to know fast because Friday is coming fast. I feel this is proof to help me in my case to show that she is lying. I never quit and I wasn't ever a no call no show. Please advise me. Thank you.

If you don't explain this, you could conceivably lose all the unemployment you are entitled to for the next 6 months, and even then it will carry over to the next job you lose and that unemployment.
