Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

I was recently fire from my sales job and wondered what obligation the employer had regarding

compensation owed, such as reimbursements, commissions etc.?

Your employer is legally obligated to pay you for all reimbursements, past compensation, and commissions earned during your employment or as a result of your employment.

Of course, your employer will probably make no effort to pay you any of these things, which is why you will probably need the counsel and services of a severance attorney.
