Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

I was recently threated by my boss that if I changed departments internally that my bonus would be drastically reduced to pay those still working in his department. Our firm policy is that I am to be paid what was accrued for me all year long. My boss also mentioned this was the first year he made all the decisions for the numbers with out senior management. Three of my colleagues who are all women have told me they received great bonuses and I am positive they received preferrential treatment for one being women and two not leaving the department. My HR department claims they were "paid in line" with me but cannot prove it. What if anything can I do?

I've also worked weekends and was told I would receive a comp day and never did. I was not paid for overtime...working until 10pm some nights and my bonus was reduced for developing my career with my firm. Please reply to my email.

From your limited facts, it appears that your sole cause of action may be a claim under the Fair Labor Standards Act for the refusal to pay overtime if you are not an exempt employee.
