How to recover my job.

I am an employee of a hospital I have a work related injury that put me out of work I had a ime done by one of the comp doctors who stated that i can fully return to work without any occurance. My doctor stated that he would give me a release for light duty which I brought it to my job. But three days prior they sent me a letter stating that my position will be posted. They then requested a second oppinion from the doctor which he had 10 day s to comply for my safe return to work in the mean while all wokers comp. checks have stopped my insurance was cancelled and im a employee with no position and no paycheck.

I would need more information to know whether your case is actionable. Were you given a reason for the termination? Are you a member of a union? Did you have a contract? Do you have reason to believe you were terminated due to your physical condition? Can you perform your job obligations in your present condition, or could you perform your job or a similar job with reasonable accomodations?
