If you reported being bullied by a boss to the human resource and they then were fired ( basically) the Director of HR because she went to the board (who are all friends with exc directors) what do you do?

You may wish to contact the New York State Division of Human Rights at this webpage: http://www.dhr.state.ny.us/hrlaw.html

Filing a complaint with the New York State Division of Rights is not a difficult process.

Workplace bullying is something that has been given serious consideration and recognized as a problem in New York State. So much so, that NY in some situations will allow civil litigation. Of course as with all types of litigation, you will have to be able to document the actions.

If you do not believe this is something you can handle yourself due to the emotional nature of the circumstances, then I would suggest that you retain an attorney to help you with the process.
