Legal Question in Employment Law in New York
Salaried employee
I'm a salaried employee who works at least 30 over my scheduled hours every day and was 45 minutes late to work one day and they docked my pay for it. can they do that even though total hours worked for the week were more than likely over 40 hours?

I do not handle these types of matters. My firm's practice in this area is restricted to employee disability benefits litigation.
