Signon Bonus Post Merger
I joined a company in February and they paid me a $5k signon bonus which they said I'd have to pay back if I left within a year. After joining, the company was acquired by another company.
Do I still owe the signon bonus if I resign before the year is up?

Re: Signon Bonus Post Merger
If you are asking whether the obligation survives the merger, generally it does.
