small claims suit

i live in new york state and want to sue a business in florida. how do i do this

A. File suit in the Florida home county of business; or

B. File suit in your NY county if you can establish that the business has made themself available to be govern by the laws of New York. For example, do they advertise in New York (a little more complicated for the internet); do they have an office or an agent in NY; or do they send you solicitation in NY.
